I was the 3rd person in line and got 2 front tires changed in 45 minutes. Very quick service, and the young man who changed my tires was super nice. Will come back for all my tire services.
I had a flat tire and needed to replace a tire. I found this place and brought my car here to replace the damaged tire. The staffs are very friendly and they quickly replaced my tire.
My husband had to get a set of new tires for his SUV and Rodriguez made that happen quickly. We didn't plan on doing it, it was a spur of the moment thing. From the time we went in to the time we left we were there for only 40 minutes. The customer service rep was so helpful and patient in looking up all of my husbands requests and they are having a sale on everything. We got the set we wanted for 20% off....score! The hubby was undecided between two sets of tires at one point and the rep let him go on the back into the warehouse to see them. It costs $10 extra per tire to balance but you might as well get that done while you are there. They are able to get cars out quickly because they had 2-3 ppl working on our car alone even with all of the walk ins. It looks like they are also popular for changing car batteries as we saw a few customer come and go for that. We used Rodriguez last year as well when the tires to my car needed a patch and then replacement. They still deliver on the same level of customer service and products. If you're looking for a great place that's not a rip off with pleasant people to help you come here!
Denise was an absolute rockstar. We blew out a tire in Coral Bay over on St. John. Called EC Service Station the next morning and they had ZERO tires our size. Got Denise to send a tire over on the ferry and EC put it on. They literally saved us days of our vacation as we could not get around in the mountains on the donut. Thanks again Denise!! I hope that we never have to call you again but if I do I know I'll get A++ service. 🙂
